A council, not a vendor
We are a technology practice based in Bihar, working with organisations that want technology to stop getting in the way. We advise, we build, and we stay long enough to see whether the advice was right.
Why we exist
Most organisations do not have a technology problem. They have a decision problem — too many tools, too much advice from people paid on commission, and no clear way to tell what matters from what is merely new. The word council is deliberate: our value is judgement first, delivery second.
What we will not do
We will not recommend something we would not run ourselves. We will not sell you a licence you do not need in order to bill the implementation. And we will not take work we are not the right people for — the answer is sometimes another firm, or nothing at all.

Every engagement runs the same four steps, whether it is a two-week audit or a year of build.

Where we are
Bihar, working with organisations across India. Being here is not incidental — a lot of the best technology advice never reaches the organisations outside the metros, and that is the gap this practice exists to close.
