These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern any paid engagement with CyberVaani Council — that is covered by the separate agreement we sign with you.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything here. You may not attempt to breach the site’s security, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content through the contact form.

What is on this site

The pages describe services we offer and how we approach them. They are a description, not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here forms a contract. Any statement about scope, timeline or price becomes binding only when it appears in a signed engagement document.

Ownership

The CyberVaani Council name, logo, written content and design of this site belong to CyberVaani Council. Illustrations and typefaces are used under their respective licences. You may quote short extracts with attribution; please ask before reproducing a page in full.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee either. Pages may be changed or withdrawn without notice, and we may suspend the site for maintenance.

Liability

Nothing here is professional advice for your particular situation. Decisions you take based on general information on this website are your own. To the extent permitted by law, CyberVaani Council is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
